Raven Studios is a recording studio based in London on the Essex border, specialisng in tracking, mixing, location recording and mastering

Above all we have a genuine passion for music and are dedicated and intent on producing high quality digital recordings with a vintage vibe.

With easy access via road and rail the Studio consists of a 4m x 5.5m air conditioned live room, 3m x 4m control room including an adjoining media room and bar.

As a result we have created an environment ideal for tracking drums, solo artist, full live band tracking.

In addition the Live room can be used to live stream your virtual gig.

STUDIO SERVICES

Tracking

24 channel digital recording utilising Universal Audio Apollo 8p and Quad interfaces routed into Luna /Protools DAW. Running in tandem with the Midas M32c digital mixer and S16 digital snakes to provide individual headphone mixes via the P16 Powerplay personal mixers.

Raven Studios Live room is capable of tracking Solo artists , duo’s and full compliment bands .

Mixing

Having captured your 24 track the raw audio files we can pan and level to provide a rough demo recording before proceeding to mixing through our outboard equipment and in the box plugins .

We also offer mixing/remixing sessions if you already have a multi track recording.

Mastering

Once the mix is finished the final mastering processing can begin taking the stereo two track to the ” Radio ready Stage by applying a mixture of subtle EQ , reverb, compression, exciter / widening effect plus maximizing the audio.
